- YES you can lease your HANGAR out, subject to association approval and minimum term.

- YES water is included in all HANGARS.
- YES you can combine units.
- YES it's tall enough for an RV.
- YES your electricity is separately metered.
- YES you can use your HANGAR just about anyway you wish.
- YES All units are pre-wired for private Wi-Fi and cable connections so that you can open and close your Hangar remotely from anywhere via your smartphone monitor and adjust the temperature remotely via your smartphone. Individual service requires separate subscription with cable provider.
