• Can I live in my Hangar?
  No. Residential use is not permitted.
• Can I lease my Hangar?
  Yes. Leasing is allowed with association approval and a minimum term.
• Can I run a business from my Hangar?
  No. Commercial operations are not permitted.
• Is water included?
  Yes. Water service is included in all units.
• Can I combine multiple units?
  Yes. Adjacent units may be combined to create larger, customized spaces.
• Is it tall enough for an RV?
  Yes. Ceiling height accommodates RVs with ease.
• Is electricity separately metered?
  Yes. Each Hangar features its own electrical meter.
• Can I customize how I use my Hangar?
  Yes. Your Hangar can serve as a display gallery, workshop, or personal retreat — the choice is yours.
• Does each Hangar have Wi-Fi and smart controls?
  Yes. Every unit is pre-wired for private Wi-Fi and cable connections, allowing remote access and temperature control from your smartphone. (Separate cable subscription required.)
• Can I finance my Hangar?
  Yes. Hangars are eligible for traditional bank financing.
