• Individual temperature and humidity control. The high-efficiency 16 SEER air-conditioning unit can be remotely monitored and controlled.
• A mezzanine addition adds approximately 30% to the usable space in your hangar.

Ownership also lends itself to exclusive use of the private owner's lounge and the boardrooms to meet, socialize and enjoy our golf and driving simulator and rooftop sunset deck. Additionally, our complex has a secure Wi-Fi network available to members, including the Owners Lounge, boardroom and all the common areas.
